Panorama in Crows Nest, Sydney is a $55M Redevelopment which involves converting existing commercial and hotel buildings into 209 apartments and 140 car spaces. It includes partially demolishing an existing building and adding 10 new storeys above. Upon completion, the building will comprise 17 storeys.
The apartments will be of a premium quality with medium to high end finishes with the added bonus of magnificent Sydney harbour views.
The project is due for completion in September 2013.

These apartments and retail areas include three buildings, two at 12 levels and one at 16 levels over a four-level basement. 292 apartments and 10 retail spaces in total, the project includes a 3500m2 central open air plaza and a 16 level perforated metal screen on Building E. The two-level penthouse apartments cantilever dramatically three metres past the building’s edge. A challenge during construction has been the four-level basement, built eight metres below the water table.
